The Area Sales Director role is responsible for supporting DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs). This involves assisting IDs in managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, expanding their customer base, identifying new selling opportunities in the market, and tracking sales data. The director will also build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts to ensure effective promotion and display execution in the market, leveraging digital tools to demonstrate successes and identify areas for growth. Collaboration with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team is essential to analyze market and territory opportunities, maximize sales, and adapt sales strategies based on consumer insights.

Requirements

  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card
  • Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales. Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
