This role is for an Area Sales Director responsible for supporting DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs). The Area Sales Director will help IDs manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, grow their customer base, seek new selling opportunities, and track sales data. They will build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution, and use digital tools to identify execution wins and growth opportunities. The role involves working with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales, and using consumer insights to adjust sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
