As an Area Sales & Design Specialist, you will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, within a specific territory. You’ll help customers find the right solutions for their needs while building lasting relationships. You’ll learn how to confidently guide customers through the buying process and grow your earnings through performance. Weekend work required.

Requirements

No prior sales experience required. We’ll train the right person.
Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people.
Motivated by goals and performance-based pay.
Organized and dependable.
Willing to learn new skills and technology.
Comfortable working independently.
Excited to grow into a sales or leadership career.
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
Ability to build rapport and provide a great customer experience.
Basic computer skills (training provided).
Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
