As an employee of Regency Retirement Resorts, you are a member of a highly energetic team, touring prospective clients, attracting prospective clients to the Resort and renting the suites of the Resort. This role will support different locations based on operational needs.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good organizational skills and able to work with limited supervision.
  • A combination of education and experience in sales and marketing.
  • Good physical condition to allow participation in any of the planned activities.

Responsibilities

  • Sets and maintains an example of conduct, personal grooming and appearance that will set a standard for all staff to emulate.
  • Tour prospective residents, follow-up initial telephone or written inquiries.
  • Provide information regarding the facility, determine prospective resident needs and gather information to establish a profile for the database.
  • Make follow-up contact with prospective residents, providing information in a timely manner to facilitate the ultimate goal of new resident.
  • Maintains and updates CRM/CIA daily with current information.
  • Works to meet and exceed vacancy targets monthly
  • Is a team player and is able to help out when needed in other departments.
  • Communicate marketing needs to other departments to ensure a team approach to customer service and the “WOW” factor.
  • Participates in Management Meetings at the Resort.
  • Liaise with Director of Leasing and Marketing via the General Manager on all aspects of marketing.
  • Develop marketing strategies and ideas and implement marketing events that will attract prospective new residents and encourage the existing database to return.
  • Ensure marketing material is current, reflects the image of the Resort and that inventory is properly managed.
  • Develops, implements and evaluates documentation and reporting systems to maintain records and communication for the department.
  • Develops the departmental budget in conjunction with the General Manager.
  • Maintains monthly and yearly budget controls.
  • Maintains and reviews occupancy goals in conjunction with the General Manager and Director of Leasing and Marketing.
  • Liaise with Director of Leasing and Marketing on special events, advertising programs and media releases.
  • Actively participate in new resident orientation and anticipate and manage current concerns.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all resident and organizational information and displays an attitude that shows respect and maintains the spirit, dignity and individuality of the residents.
  • Communicates any information to the General Manager or Administrative Assistant that may assist in maintaining the Residents health, safety and happiness.
  • Familiarizes and adheres to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties and multi-tasking functions as assigned.
