About The Position

The Area Revenue Manager drives revenue performance across an assigned portfolio of Auro Hotels properties, shaping pricing and inventory strategy so each property captures its full revenue potential. This role builds day-to-day forecasts and long-range strategies alike, and partners closely with each hotel’s Sales & Marketing and Operations teams to make sure new business always supports the broader goal of maximizing revenue. This position will be based out of out of our Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hotel revenue management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt systems.
  • A dedicated, detail-oriented approach with the follow-through to see strategies through from analysis to results.
  • A collaborative style — this role only succeeds through strong partnerships with property leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Set pricing and inventory strategy by market segment, building accurate demand and capacity forecasts and adjusting rate plans and restrictions to capture the highest-value business.
  • Own the weekly Revenue Management rhythm: prepare the strategy meeting agenda, lead the Yield meeting, and review group evaluations and critical dates so nothing slips through.
  • Track competitive and market data, including STR and Hotelligence reports and booking pace, to spot opportunities and recommend action to hotel leadership.
  • Manage room inventory across all distribution channels and oversee rate parity across OTAs and the hotel’s direct booking platform.
  • Develop short- and long-range revenue forecasts and collaborate with hotel leadership on annual budgets.
  • Evaluate and manage group bookings, including displacement analysis and rate recommendations, in partnership with the Director of Sales.
  • Partner with Front Office and Sales leadership on suite/concierge pricing, transient packaging, and group room-block decisions, always in line with brand standards.
  • Host regular strategy calls with property General Managers, Directors of Sales, and other key stakeholders to align on revenue performance.
