Pan Atlantic Foundation•Evansville, IN
•$1,000 - $20,000

About The Position

Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking a community-minded Area Representative to connect international high school students with welcoming host families, local schools, and the Evansville and southwestern Indiana community. The representative helps students become part of everyday American life and supports them throughout their exchange experience. The role involves recruiting and working with prospective host families, building relationships with local schools, helping coordinate enrollment and documentation, and supporting students, families, and schools after students arrive. Responsibilities include outreach through personal connections, social media, community groups, and events; conducting required host family interviews and approval steps; regular communication and supervision visits; and helping resolve questions or concerns. Significant issues are communicated to Pan Atlantic Foundation staff. The organization provides training, resources, ongoing support, and 24/7 emergency assistance. This is a flexible, part-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly or salaried position. Some duties may be completed from home, while others require in-person meetings, school communication, community events, and student check-ins. The schedule varies with student placements and program responsibilities, and the territory primarily includes Evansville and surrounding southwestern Indiana communities. Compensation is $1,000 per successful student placement; earnings depend on successful placements and program requirements. Qualifying program incentives may provide opportunities to earn international travel.
