Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare Administration and/or at least 5 years related experience in Healthcare Practice Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in orthotics & prosthetics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops highly functioning teams who work together, follow standards, and are committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure individuals are fully competent and confident in their role and with their responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with other leaders and department heads to provide resources and support to teams, and to promptly resolve problems as they are identified.
  • Assists Human Resources with the full employee life cycle through hiring decisions, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Provides ongoing direction and feedback to develop and reward team members through regular 1:1s as well as the formal performance review process.
  • Manages clinic payroll, time off requests, and employee scheduling.
  • Establishes and drives team goals where the knowledge, skills, relationships, and utilization of our service programs are leveraged to increase the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of care provided to a growing number of kids.
  • Monitors all work in progress and use available EMR and ERP reporting tools to ensure work is progressing through the standard workflow appropriately and timely and takes appropriate action to meet financial targets.
  • Performs all other duties as required.
