About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to oversee operations in our Paulsboro facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and effective management of a designated area, focusing on operational excellence, team leadership, and achieving key performance indicators. The Area Manager will be responsible for a team of associates and will work closely with other managers to drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of warehouse or distribution operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
