Requirements

1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance
Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across multiple sites
Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources to achieve operational goals
