This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of On-Premise District Sales Managers (DM) and their Sales Consultants (SC). The Area Manager will manage, develop, and motivate DM teams, implement sales plans, achieve company and supplier goals, monitor and maintain key account relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the designated region. Key elements of this position include leadership, people development, business planning, and supplier management.
