Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
Three or more years of multi-unit retail management or equivalent leadership experience
Proven track record of leading high-performing retail teams and achieving sales goals
Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable analyzing sales reports and business metrics
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel regularly between assigned store locations
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as business needs require

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance across multiple retail locations by coaching Store Managers and their teams to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and business reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve results.
Visit stores regularly to coach in real time, model effective selling behaviors, and support business needs.
Ensure every location delivers outstanding customer service while meeting company performance standards.
Partner with Store Managers to create action plans that improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure each store remains appropriately staffed to support business needs through proactively recruitment and development of Store Managers and customer-focused team members.
Coach leaders through regular one-on-one meetings, store visits, and performance discussions.
Identify high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recognize achievements while providing constructive coaching that helps individuals grow.
Ensure all new hires successfully complete onboarding, Cricket training, certifications, and required company training.
Deliver engaging training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer experience, and leadership development.
Support Store Managers in building confident, knowledgeable, and customer-focused teams.
Share best practices across stores to improve consistency and performance.
Ensure stores operate efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies, carrier standards, and operational procedures.
Monitor staffing levels and partner with Store Managers to build schedules that support business needs.
Provide store coverage and operational support when necessary.
Ensure stores maintain exceptional visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and operational readiness.
Partner with senior leadership to successfully execute new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
Create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
Inspire teams through positive leadership, recognition, and open communication.
Promote accountability while celebrating individual and team accomplishments.
