About The Position
Environment Control is a commercial cleaning company seeking a full-time Area Manager in Waukesha, WI. This management position oversees cleaning operations for a portion of the business, focusing on nightly operations, quality control, budget management, and employee supervision and development. The role requires a hands-on approach, including some cleaning and training, and is physically demanding, involving lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods. A successful candidate will have a customer service mentality and the drive to lead people, contributing to business growth in the Waukesha/Milwaukee County area.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or some equivalent
- Experienced in managing people
- Skill to work smart and hard
- Commitment to excellence
- Ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity
- Manage budgets
- Appreciation and respect for the many cultures represented in our employees
- Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to receive all vaccinations, drug testing and annual flu shot
