YOUR IMPACT Support teams as Maintain a positive working attitude and environment Ensure that policies, procedures, and bargaining unit agreement requirements are satisfied Willingness to accept and delegate authority Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures Focus on product quality and process control Perform "make" versus "buy" analysis Interview, appraise and discipline employees. Acknowledge team accomplishments Support material shortages Support machine and equipment repairs Report and respond to product and process nonconformance issues. Implement effective corrective actions utilizing structured planning methods Support housekeeping and safety of work areas Understand and support the Continuous Improvement Plan Participate in the resolution of grievances Must be willing to complete additional advanced training/education courses as required Create and maintain budgets, approve expenditures, and manage operations within budgets

Requirements

  • Four plus years of related work experience.
  • Must complete Team and Continuous Improvement Training after being hired on.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Paint shop experience
  • Automotive manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Word, and Excel, Lotus Notes E-mail, and JD Edwards
