Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 6 to 9 years applicable experience with a degree.
- At least 10 years’ experience without a degree.
- Good ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and flexible work style.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and adapt as appropriate the organizational structure of the department and staff appropriately.
- Manages day-to-day activities in the area, including scheduling, work assignments, maintenance coordination, operator qualification and training, and process troubleshooting.
- Maximizes the productivity and reliability of equipment to produce product that consistently meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with the technical department to understand and meet technical specification and customer expectations.
