Responsibilities

Oversee daily production execution aligned with planning priorities.
Ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to schedules.
Maintain discipline on shop floor performance (output, quality, safety).
Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring spending efficiency and alignment with financial targets.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies.
Own 5-year capacity planning.
Lead Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs) to meet business growth.
Act quickly with urgency mindset to resolve issues.
Lead recovery actions for Safety incidents, Production disruptions, Quality issues.
Support investigations for: Customer complaints, Quality escapes, Performance issues.
Support customer audits and communication.
Drive Lean / Six Sigma based improvements.
Translate innovations into high-volume manufacturing (HVM) processes.
Improve: Efficiency, Cost, Product quality.
Collaborate with: EHS, Quality & PQE, Logistics & Supply Chain, Maintenance, MT teams, Sales & Commercial teams.
Manage and develop direct reports through: Goal setting, Coaching, Performance feedback, Training.
Build a high-performance culture.
Directly monitor First-line Managers.
