This full-time position is based at our Fredrickson location and is responsible for managing the float pool that provides staffing support across the Southeast Region. We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Indigo Urgent Care team and oversee our clinic in Fredrickson and the float pool. You will also have a home base in Renton where the Indigo Urgent Care training facility is located. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region.
  • Engage in and coach the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members.
  • Travel to the various clinics on a regular basis.
  • Maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development.
  • Maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
  • Manage the float pool that provides staffing support across the Southeast Region.
