About The Position

AREA MANAGER, BUMC Facilities Management Reports to Director of Facilities Operations. Manages 26 maintenance mechanics, and 53 custodians, 10 groundworkers. Oversee daily operations, tours buildings, orders supplies, analyzes quality and budget, and assigns work orders. Responsible for discipline of staff when necessary and maintains positive relationships with customers.
