Elwood Staffing is seeking an experienced staffing leader to serve as a District Manager, overseeing branches in Angola, IN, Hillsdale, MI, Coldwater, MI, Bryan, OH, and Sturgis, MI. This role is designed for individuals with a robust background in staffing, branch operations, sales, and team development, who are passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and fostering business expansion. Requirements

• Staffing industry leadership experience required.
• Proven success leading teams and growing business.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the district.

• Previous multi-location, district, area, or branch management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales, operations, and profitability of five staffing branches.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers, recruiters, and sales teams.
• Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Ensure branches meet performance goals and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support new business growth.
• Travel regularly throughout your assigned territory.
