About The Position

AQFS is seeking a motivated Area Manager to lead, coach, and support staff while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. This role is vital for maintaining strong customer relationships and growing the business. The Area Manager will be responsible for the success of assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality cleaning and customer satisfaction. The position requires comfort with being on call and available on weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required
• Able to work independently and be dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication + listening skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily huddles + weekly meetings
• Build strong customer relationships
• Track customer interactions in CRM software
• Supervise and support reporting supervisors
• Ensure high-quality cleaning and customer satisfaction
• Conduct inspections and audits
• Manage quarterly reviews
• Hire, train, develop, and coach team members
• Ensure proper staffing + supply levels at all locations
• Partner with HR to fill job openings
• Hold team members accountable when needed
• Identify employees ready for promotion or additional hours
• Manage labor budgets and meet labor goals
• Improve cleaning processes for efficiency
• Maintain safety compliance
• Oversee call-off coverage
• Communicate important updates to staff
• Handle customer complaints promptly
• Ensure all team objectives are completed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Director of Operations
