Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 3-5 years multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple wash locations within the assigned geographic region, ensuring operational excellence, team development and adherence to company standards.
• Optimize performance, maintain safety and cleanliness, support marketing initiatives and coach leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead, coach and support Site Managers to achieve sales targets, operational goals and customer experience standards.
• Conduct periodic team performance and knowledge reviews to ensure alignment with current company procedures and initiatives.
• Partner with recruiting to identify hiring needs.
• Oversee onboarding, training and development of site management teams to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Participate in succession planning to ensure readiness for growth.
• Coach employees on effective sales techniques at sales booths and in vacuum lots.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned sites in accordance with the prescribed schedule to monitor performance, ensure compliance and maintain brand presentation standards.
• Analyze sales reports, KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Conduct inventory and cash audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide operational coverage by working shifts as needed.
• Perform certifications for wash employees to ensure knowledge meets company standards.
• Review and approve site schedules and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all equipment including operational functionalists and each step of the wash process.
• Implement promotional and marketing initiatives consistently across all assigned sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
