About The Position

We are recruiting an area manager to drive the growth and development of our sales in North America. In this highly collaborative role, you will proactively work with our distributor and resellers in the territory to drive product awareness and knowledge, ensure inclusion of our solutions in projects and bids, build the sales funnel and deliver revenue. Additionally, you will work closely with our marketing, product management and other sales team members internally. You will be the prime contact point for channel support and end-user engagement in the territory. You are a self-starter who learns quickly and is motivated by the challenge of supporting and engaging with dealers and end users alike. You enjoy working with a team, but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done on your own. You are a strong listener and communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be based in metro Atlanta to support the southeastern US. This position will be a 1-year contract with the potential for extension.

Requirements

  • A positive, professional attitude and a focus on results
  • At least 4 years’ experience in sales or a technical role in a business-to-business environment
  • A bachelor’s degree or a diploma in business, technical or a related field
  • A desire and ability to learn and grow with the role
  • An ability to travel extensively in the territory to represent Nureva at events and engage with customers, distributors and resellers
  • Strong technical skills that you are committed to developing further
  • Demonstrated strengths in writing, planning, time management, communication, and decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with, manage and support our channel
  • Work collaboratively with our sales teams on executing channel programs and activities
  • Manage programs to drive distributor and reseller engagement and sales activity
  • Work with end users to understand their specific needs and problems, including demos
  • Ensure customer input is captured and shared to inform product roadmap and strategy
