Requirements

Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years of experience in sales or customer service
5-7 years operations management overseeing multiple branches
Proven leadership skills to guide teams effectively
Good supervisory skills
Strong communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized
Excellent customer service skills
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
At least 21 years old
Valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities

Collaborate with branch managers to ensure smooth operations, set sales goals, and maintain staffing, fleet, and marketing plans
Manage financial tasks including reporting, billing, and analysis of financial statements
Lead, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for branch managers and staff to maintain a motivated and well-informed team environment
Manage cost control, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to company standards and operational processes
Focus on increasing market penetration, revenue, and branch performance through strategic planning and regular staff communication
