Responsibilities

Maintain high customer retention rates and trust by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
Serve as a problem solver for your customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
Possess a high degree of attention to detail, work independently and as a team and be self-motivated
Resolve personnel conflicts as they arise; train and develop personnel
Coordinate and implement the policies and procedures for area operation and personnel; evaluate efficiency of operations
Maintain accuracy of the customer log books
Meet or exceed goals as determined in conjunction with the Territory Manager
