About The Position

As the Area Manager of Transportation (Civil Roadway and Development) at WWC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Transportation and related operations in the Southwest Division. Your responsibilities include providing leadership, strategic guidance, and ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals. Collaborating closely with the Division Manager, your aim is to contribute to the overall growth and success of WWC.

Requirements

Hold a 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
Possess extensive experience (7 or more years) and knowledge in large earthwork construction, finance, and management.
Demonstrate experience in leading multi-million-dollar contracts, overseeing operations, project administration, and client relations for large construction projects.
Apply innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance.
Possess a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards.
Exhibit superior communication and interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and influence.
Show significant business acumen.
Demonstrate high motivation, excellence, and a sense of ownership
Must be willing and able to travel.
