About The Position

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is a leading urgent care provider in the Pacific Northwest, known for its people-centered approach to medicine and transforming the healthcare experience. With over 40 clinics across Washington and Idaho, and virtual care services, Indigo offers accessible healthcare. The Area Manager for Retail Health will oversee multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations in the Puget Sound Region, including Federal Way and Burien, with a home base at the Retail Health training facility in Renton. This is an on-site position, not remote. The role involves managing daily operations, coaching teams to achieve the Retail Health vision, and ensuring an exceptional experience for customers and team members. The Area Manager will travel to clinics regularly and be available during business hours, including potential on-call rotations. Responsibilities include broad ownership of administrative functions such as operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, medical and business information systems, and ancillary planning and development, while maintaining high standards of clinical and service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer and team member at all assigned sites.
