F4LWest Jordan, UT

About The Position

Friends4Life (F4L) is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Area Manager to oversee residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This position plays a critical leadership role within the organization, supporting the daily operations of multiple residential homes while promoting high-quality, person-centered care, strong team performance, and accountability across the program. The Area Manager serves as a key connector between clients, staff, families, and leadership — ensuring individuals are not only safe and supported, but thriving within structured and meaningful home environments. This is meaningful work. It is also leadership work. We are looking for someone who leads with professionalism, emotional maturity, responsiveness, and consistency. This is not a desk-only management position. F4L Area Managers are active, hands-on leaders who support and mentor House Managers and direct care staff, spend time directly engaged in homes alongside their teams, help solve problems in real time, promote accountability, consistency, and professionalism, build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff, and help create stable and supportive home environments. This role is ideal for individuals who are calm under pressure, highly organized, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care.
