About The Position
This position leads a team of reliability engineers and maintenance planning professionals supporting a fast-paced steel manufacturing facility. The Area Manager is responsible for developing and executing a long-term maintenance and reliability program, setting and achieving high levels of maintenance efficiency, and supporting multiple operating and maintenance departments simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, technology degree, and/or related experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and a sense of urgency.
- At least 10 years of work experience in the steel industry.
- Proven background in industrial maintenance and reliability processes.
- Ability to lead teams in Lean Manufacturing processes.
