About The Position

As an Area Manager, you will lead teams that deliver high-quality cleaning services to our community while coaching and supporting team members to grow and succeed. In this role, you will help your team do great work while creating a positive, inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in custodial, janitorial, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams of supervisors and custodial staff across multiple sites
• Support employee growth by training, giving feedback, and meeting team members where they are helping them to overcome challenges and build skills
• Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for assigned locations
• Plan schedules and staffing to meet contract needs and ensure coverage
• Keep operations running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and daily workflows
• Solve problems quickly and support your team when challenges come up
• Help manage budgets and keep operations on track
• Ensure safety by promoting safe work practices and a clean environment
• Review timecards and payroll details for accuracy
• Be available for on-call needs or urgent situations
