About The Position

As an Area Manager, you will lead teams that deliver high-quality security services to our community while coaching and supporting team members to grow and succeed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of leadership experience in security field

Responsibilities

Lead and coach teams of officers and supervisors across multiple sites
Support employee growth by training, giving feedback, and meeting team members where they are helping them to overcome challenges and build skills
Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for assigned locations
Plan schedules and staffing to meet contract needs and ensure coverage
Keep operations running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and daily workflows
Solve problems quickly and support your team when challenges come up
Help manage budgets and keep operations on track
Ensure safety by promoting safe work practices and a clean environment
Review timecards and payroll details for accuracy
Be available for on-call needs or urgent situations
