This position is responsible for implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. They will monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, and identify and resolve associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns. The role involves supervising and developing associates and leaders, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of belonging. The Area Manager will act with integrity, serve customers and members by delivering results and making data-driven decisions, and strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvement.
