The role involves monitoring and managing the productivity of the area by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. It also requires maintaining quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures. Identifying and resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns is a key aspect, as is supervising and developing associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, creating a culture of belonging, and empowering associates to thrive. It also involves acting with integrity, maintaining ethical standards, and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company.
