This position is responsible for implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. They will monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Additionally, they will maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on company policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and distributing supporting documentation. This role involves identifying and resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns, as well as supervising and developing associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
