About The Position

Loveland Ski Area is looking for individuals who enjoy working outdoors to join their team as an Area Maintenance/ Parking/Base Services Attendant. This seasonal role involves being a critical part of the guest experience, from greeting guests in the parking lots to performing various maintenance tasks that contribute to making Loveland a great place to be. The position emphasizes safety and fun as top priorities, aiming to provide guests and employees with a positive experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation as daily duties begin before the Loveland Employee Shuttle service is available.
• Must provide excellent guest service and be willing to work in a fun environment!
• Must be able to stand/walk 40-60% of a shift in all weather conditions.
• Lifting and using upper body motions 15-25% in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to ski/ride for basic maintenance of on-mountain cabins.

Responsibilities

• Directs traffic to available parking and provide guest service for arriving guests.
• Helps maintain parking lots in a safe condition including snow removal and sanding when necessary.
• Assist in snow removal around buildings, walkways, and roofs to maintain safe conditions.
• Assists in general maintenance and cleanliness of the ski area.
• Assist other departments within Base Area Operations with daily functions when needed.
• Removes/hauls trash and recycling from different areas of the Resort.
• Complete a ski/ride ability assessment required for basic maintenance of on-mountain cabins.
