About The Position

The Area Location Manager is a strategic operational leader responsible for overseeing multiple locations across the North San Joaquin Valley, including SGS Ballico, Lodi, and Stockton. This role drives operational excellence, asset utilization, logistics performance, technology adoption, safety, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, transportation, or related industries
Experience implementing technology solutions and business systems
Strong understanding of asset management, fleet management, inventory control, and business planning
Advanced Microsoft Office and operational software proficiency
Valid driver license

Nice To Haves

Agricultural industry experience strongly preferred but not required
Multi-location management experience
ERP, inventory management, logistics, or dispatch software experience
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

Responsibilities

Lead safe, efficient, and profitable operations across multiple locations
Implement and optimize new technology platforms, systems, and digital tools
Create workflow efficiencies across facilities and operational functions
Maximize equipment, fleet, facility, and inventory utilization
Oversee logistics, transportation planning, procurement, and inventory strategies
Develop business plans, budgets, capital plans, and operational metrics
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, environmental, and company requirements
