About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Area Leader Trainees. In this role, you will directly oversee 12-14 store locations, focusing on training employees to provide exceptional customer service. This program is designed for your success, offering in-depth training typically lasting 12 months. Upon completion, you will be appointed to an Area Leader position, a key operational role with significant career growth potential. Within 2-5 years, Area Leaders can advance into various directions suited to their career aspirations. As an appointed Area Leader, you will receive a company vehicle for business use.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
• The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Previous multi-unit management experience is preferred.
