About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for its Retail Sales division. This role involves overseeing 12-14 store locations and ensuring exceptional customer service. The company offers an in-depth, typically 12-month training program designed for participant success, with significant career growth potential. Successful trainees can advance to key operational roles and explore various career paths within 2-5 years. An Area Leader will receive a company vehicle for business use upon appointment to a district.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
• The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated, performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous multi-unit management experience is preferred.
