About The Position

The Human Resources Partner is is a strategic role that partners with assigned multi-plants to include Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver plants for the execution of People Strategies to include, hourly talent acquisition, employee relations to include conducting and leading employee investigations, workforce planning including retention analysis & action planning, various HR Administration to include On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping and compliance. Local expert on general benefit & policy questions. Administers companywide HR initiatives. Influences and coaches leaders and associates.

Requirements

• Associate or experience
• 2 to 3 Years of HR Generalist Experience
• 1 Years of Recruitment Experience
• 1 Years of Employee Relations Experience
• 0 Years of Employee Investigation Experience
• 1 HR Administration Experience ( generalist payroll, etc)
