About The Position

The Role As our Area General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for four Hilton‑branded hotels in the Austin/Round Rock and Austin NW markets, including Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn properties. You will guide on‑property General Managers, ensure brand excellence, drive financial performance, and build a culture of accountability, engagement, and results across all locations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Area Manager, or multi‑property leader
  • Strong background managing branded hotel operations, preferably Hilton (Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn)
  • Demonstrated success driving financial performance across multiple properties
  • Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and trust
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on leadership approach
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, labor optimization, and guest experience metrics
  • Highly organized and comfortable balancing priorities across multiple locations
  • Professional communicator with ownership‑level presence

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations, performance, and culture of all assigned hotels
  • Lead, coach, and support on‑property General Managers and leadership teams
  • Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and brand compliance across all properties
  • Own multi‑property financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L, and profitability initiatives
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, and Hilton brand requirements
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
  • Monitor labor management, productivity, and cost controls across all hotels
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership training
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, corporate partners, and hotel leadership
  • Provide hands‑on support during ramp‑ups, challenges, and high‑impact periods
