The Area General Manager will collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets. This role involves leading associates to meet Atrium’s service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences, utilizing brand tools creatively to meet current and future guest expectations, and ensuring preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems. The manager will also be responsible for managing loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety, and engaging with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium’s core values.
