As a Janitorial Day Supervisor, you'll: Lead a team of cleaners across multiple buildings Jump in to assist when staffing is tight Act as the go-to person for your clients Handle inspections, training, and problem-solving on the fly. No janitorial experience? No problem. We'll teach you the technical side-you bring your leadership, communication skills, and hustle. Requirements
- Proven leadership (store lead, assistant manager, shift supervisor, etc.)
- Excellent communicator (face-to-face, phone, text, email)
- Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
