About The Position

If you've led a retail team, juggled customer needs, handled scheduling chaos, and still found a way to coach others—this role will feel familiar (and more rewarding). As a Janitorial Day Supervisor , you’ll: Lead a team of cleaners across multiple buildings Jump in to assist when staffing is tight Act as the go-to person for your clients Handle inspections, training, and problem-solving on the fly. No janitorial experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the technical side—you bring your leadership, communication skills, and hustle.

Requirements

• Proven leadership (store lead, assistant manager, shift supervisor, etc.)
• Excellent communicator (face-to-face, phone, text, email)
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities
