COMMUNITY NAME Sunrise of Rocklin Job ID 2025-234041 JOB OVERVIEW The Area Facilities Manager (AFM) will have a home community and will be responsible for day-to-day operations utilizing home community assistant. Primary responsibility is to manage and assist their Maintenance Coordinator’s (MC) and Maintenance Assistant’s (MA) in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, team members and guests. The Area Facilities Manager will also be assigned a block of communities that they will support (typically 5-7 communities). Their primary responsibilities with the additional communities will be to assist in managing execution of daily and weekly tasks, including but not limited to TEL’s, life safety, local regulation needs, and overall facility maintenance. In addition, the AFM is responsible to train and offer guidance and direction to each MC and MA within their cluster. Will oversee facility capex project installs under the direction of the Capex Project Manager. Must be well versed in authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
