The Area Executive is accountable for the overall growth, profitability, and leadership of the Nevada market. This role owns full market P&L responsibility and drives revenue performance across business banking, commercial banking, and retail teams. The Area Executive leads client acquisition and business development efforts while ensuring strong sales execution, disciplined credit administration, and exceptional client experience. This leader builds high-performing teams, fosters a culture of accountability, and develops talent across all levels of the organization. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Credit, Business Services, Branch Operations Support, and other corporate partners to deliver integrated solutions and manage risk effectively.
