About The Position

The Area Execution Manager (AEM) is a full-time, field-based working lead responsible for high-quality, on-time retail merchandising execution across an assigned market of stores. The AEM personally performs merchandising, reset, installation, and break-fix work while leading the in-store team of merchandising associates assigned to market projects. The position requires a personal toolkit; specialized or company-specific equipment and consumables may be provided according to policy. Where required by state law, the company will provide required tools or reimburse their cost.
