About The Position

As the Area Director, you serve as the strategic bridge between executive-level national objectives and field-level operational execution. You are responsible for the holistic performance of two dedicated areas, providing executive leadership to your Regional Managers while acting as the primary strategic partner to the Program Director. Your focus is to translate national vendor strategy into local results, ensuring that every region under your purview maintains flawless compliance, staffing health, and performance alignment.

Requirements

  • A high-impact relationship builder who thrives as the primary operational counterpart to the Program Director.
  • Possess the executive presence to bridge national corporate mandates with localized field execution, fostering collaboration with Regional Managers.
  • 5–7+ years of senior-level experience in field sales operations, channel enablement, or territory management, with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, effectively navigating through ambiguity to foster ongoing enhancements.
  • Excel at converting high-level corporate visions into consistent, successful operational outcomes at the local level.
  • A sharp, detail-oriented leader with a focus on integrity.
  • Manage complex SLA landscapes and ensure strict compliance without sacrificing operational speed or field readiness.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex performance metrics into compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable presenting actionable insights, business reviews, and growth.
  • An active, hands-on leader with a willingness to travel up to 30% within the assigned geographic footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational counterpart to the Program Director and facilitate Business Reviews that review data from both areas, translating national strategic pivots into actionable operational priorities for your team.
  • Provide direct leadership and support to your Regional Managers, acting as their primary escalation point for resolving complex systemic roadblocks, ensuring consistent application of vendor policies, and cultivating their ability to manage local field team performance.
  • Act as the final quality gatekeeper, ensuring all personnel are fully trained and deployment-ready in accordance with T-ROC security and brand standards.
  • Analyze multi-area KPI dashboards to identify high-level trends, proactively mitigate staffing risks, and address performance variances. Lead the strategy for addressing systemic underperformance, ensuring the business meets all contractual metrics.
  • Work alongside the Program Director to identify and implement "best-in-class" practices that can be scaled from your areas across the national vendor organization.
