About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Director to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in operations management, team development, customer service, and performance oversight. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and supporting management teams across assigned locations.

Requirements

3+ years of multi-site management or leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with operations, staffing, and performance management
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for multiple locations within the assigned region
Lead, coach, and support location managers and staff
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Ensure locations meet company standards for customer service and operational efficiency
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and productivity goals
Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Collaborate with leadership to achieve company goals and growth initiatives
