The Area Director of Sales (ADS) is a key role responsible for providing sales leadership, coaching, and strategic support to a portfolio of senior living communities. This position focuses on driving occupancy growth, revenue performance, and sales excellence by partnering with community leadership teams, mentoring Directors of Community Relations (DCRs), and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing plans. The role requires extensive travel to support communities in New Jersey, Alexandria, VA, and Thornwood, NY, with a requirement to live in or relocate to the NJ area.
