This position is responsible for promoting their portfolio, as well as the brand. This individual will possess a proven record of strong leadership and success within the hospitality industry, a collaborative spirit, organizational skills, strategic planning, and accountability. They will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of their Hotel’s, the destination, and the competitive set. This is an individual who is flexible to change, innovative, takes initiative, and demonstrates good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
