The Area Director of Revenue is responsible for optimizing RevPAR by analyzing and forecasting demand, establishing effective selling strategies, and managing the optimal seasonal market mix using EOS Hospitality revenue management tools. This role involves conducting ongoing competitor price and product analysis, developing and implementing pricing strategies for transient segments, and facilitating weekly revenue strategy meetings. The Area Director will also manage and update selling strategies across all distribution channels, monitor transient and group production to maintain an optimal guest mix, and collaborate with property leadership teams to drive revenue growth initiatives. Ensuring rate parity, availability, and positioning consistency across channels is crucial. The role requires travel as needed (approximately 25%) between properties and for corporate initiatives.
