About The Position

The Area Director of Finance will safeguard the integrity of property finances by ensuring compliance with internal controls, Atrium SOPs, and audit standards. This role will lead annual and interim external audits, oversee accounts receivable/payable to ensure all accounts are reconciled and current, and validate daily deposits, credit card transactions, and monitor house funds with attention to accuracy and accountability. The Area Director of Finance will also lead the monthly close process, collaborating with Corporate Accounting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial accounting experience with 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong working knowledge of AP, income audit, and general ledger.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

• Hotel accounting experience and knowledge of budgeting/forecasting preferred.
• Experience with PMS, POS, Coupa, Sage300, and Workday a plus.
